To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, gifts, or promotional items must also be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products or downloadable items once delivered.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
4. Return Procedure

- Wait for return instructions and confirmation.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our response.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
