Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are based on DHL service timelines within the United States and may vary depending on destination, shipment type, and carrier operations.

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days from delivery, and returned items must meet the eligibility conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
