Return Window

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

  • Unused or in the condition required by the business
  • Returned in original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not excluded by any non-returnable item rules listed below

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law or unless damaged/incorrect: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.

Return Process

To request a return, contact support@agorabytheo.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility: customer, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or business error.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or another error caused by the business.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@agorabytheo.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.
