AgoraByTheo operates as an online marketplace powered by WooCommerce and Dokan, allowing multiple vendors to offer their products through our platform.

1. Placing an Order

To place an order:

  1. Browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” for each item.
  3. Proceed to checkout when you are ready.
  4. Enter your billing and shipping details.
  5. Select your preferred payment method.
  6. Review your order and confirm your purchase.

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details.

2. Vendor-Based Orders

Since AgoraByTheo is a multi-vendor marketplace, products may be sold and fulfilled by different independent vendors.

This means:

  • Items from different vendors may be shipped separately.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor.
  • Each vendor is responsible for the availability and accuracy of their listed products.

3. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded if payment has already been made.

4. Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, the respective vendor will begin processing your order according to their stated handling time.

You may receive separate shipping confirmations if your order includes products from multiple vendors.
